«All-inclusive visa»

To arrange Russian visa you can use the «all-inclusive» service. For this purpose you will only need your passport, a photo and an insurance policy. We shall do the rest for you.

To use the «all-inclusive» service, you can visit our Visa Application Center in Bern or Geneva in person or to send the following documents to us by post:

1	Passport (original)	Passport which contains at least 2 blank pages for visas, and which remains valid for a period of 6 months after the visa expires.
2	1 Photo	Photo must be taken no more than 6 months before applying for visa with a clear full-face image of the applicant, against light background, size 3.5 x 4.5 cm (coloured).
3	Insurance Policy Confirmation	You need to provide confirmation from your insurance company that your medical insurance policy is valid on the territory of the Russian Federation and covers medical expenses and repatriation in case of illness or death for the entire duration of the visa. Confirmations from several insurance companies can be provided. Copies of an insurance card or a policy are not sufficient.
4	For foreigners	Copy of your valid stay permit in Switzerland.

If you send documents by post, please

fill the order form online, print and sign it using the link,
pay the service to the VHS account in Bern or VHS account in Geneva via online banking, or on receipt at the post office (it is desirable to attach payment confirmation to the documents).

Please note!

Your documents can only be processed after the receipt of payment to the VHS account.

The decision whether to issue, or refuse to issue visa is taken by Consular institution. The Consular institution may also invite an applicant to an interview, or extend the visa processing time.

For children under 18 years of age:

Copy of the birth certificate.
If a child travels alone: an notarized authorization signed by the parents (original in German or English).
Copies of the valid Russian visas of the parents travelling together with the child, if the parents submit their applications not at the same time.
